-
“Share” means sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money is exchanged.
Once we receive a valid opt-out request, we will not sell or share your personal information unless you later choose to opt back in. We will not ask you to reauthorize the sale or sharing of your personal information for at least 12 monthsafter your opt-out request, unless permitted by law.
2. How Auto Coverage Save Uses Information
Auto Coverage Save operates an auto insurance lead-generation platform. When you submit information through our website, we collect details such as contact information, vehicle information, and insurance-related data in order to connect you with insurance agents, brokers, or insurance-related service providers.
Depending on how our website and advertising technologies are configured at the time of your visit, certain disclosures of information (such as identifiers, device information, or interaction data) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, including disclosures made through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies used for advertising or analytics.
Disclosures to vendors acting strictly as service providers or contractors, who are contractually restricted from using personal information for their own purposes, are not considered a sale or sharing under California law.

You may exercise your opt-out rights using any of the methods below.

If your browser or device sends a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device, to the extent required by law.
B. Online Opt-Out Request
Email your request using our opt-out email:
privacy@autocoveragesave.com
C. Email Request

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and, where permitted by law, may also require verification of your identity.
4. Information Needed to Process Your Request
To process your opt-out request, we may ask for limited information such as your name, email address, phone number, or other identifiers you previously provided. We will only use this information to process and document your request and for compliance purposes.
5. What Happens After You Opt Out
After your opt-out request is received and processed:

We will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, if applicable.
